To ensure the safety of clients and staff alike, we ask that you abide by the Jodie’s Aerobics rules regarding our fitness classes.
- If you feel ill or have any symptoms, do not attend the class and you should follow the government guidelines.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time to allow for social distancing measures while setting up.
- Maintain at least two metres from all others when in and upon entering/exiting the building.
- Sanitise hands upon entry to the building.
- Any equipment will be set up for you in your designated area. If you require different equipment, please inform the instructor before the class start time.
- Please leave your equipment in your designated spot after class for the instructor to sanitise again.
- During class please stay within the floor markings of your designated spot unless advised to do otherwise.

I understand and am aware that strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment, in the outdoors, or assigned training areas, are potentially hazardous activities. I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and facilities with the knowledge of the dangers involved. I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept all and any risks of injury or death. I understand that Jodie’s Aerobics cannot accept responsibility for items lost during fitness classes and that I am responsible for all my belongings brought with me.
